This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The area of oil measured approximately 1.62nm in length and up to 0.8nm in width. The area appeared darker than its surroundings in satellite imagery and had a well-defined edge. The area also exhibited some feathering features along the southeastern side. Winds were approximately 5kts from the West at the time of the imagery. Due to these factors, our confidence level is Medium.
