Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick had a bright and shimmery appearance, which are indications of thicker oil, had portions of linear features, and sharp well-defined edges. The slick is likely associated with Hotline #10571, off the coast of Huntington Beach, California. The slick was approximately 1.90nm in length, and approximately 0.68nm at the widest portion of the slick. Winds near the time of the image were out of the NE at 8kts, which aligned well with the trajectory of the slick.
