REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick extended about 4.4 NM long by around 0.1 NM wide at its widest point and had good contrast with its background. Additionally, the anomaly emanated from a known repeat leak source. Winds were out of the SW at 10 KT at the time of the image. Considering the above factors, we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
