REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil The anomaly was 9.3 NM long and 0.18 NM wide at the widest point. The slick had a good contrast in comparison to the background. In addition, the anomaly likely originated from a known repeated leak source. Winds were 13 kts from the NE at the time of the image. Considering the factors above, the confidence in the assessment is high.
