REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The oil sleek was identified due to its strong contrast to the background. It was approximately 6.78 nmi long and 0.32 nmi at its widest section. The surface wind was about 10 kts from the ESE direction. 


UNCERTAINTIES: Oil leak source could not be identified. Oil sleek area size was uncertain because it was close to the edge of the satellite imagery.
