REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The area of oil was observed emanating from an oil facility NE of Trinity Island and measured approximately 1.7nm in length and up to 0.1nm in width. The area was believed to be associated with NRC reports #1458905 and #1458959. The oil appeared darker than the surrounding scene and included an area of brighter/shimmery sheen which may have been indicative of relatively thicker oil. Winds at the time of the satellite imagery were SE at 10-15kts.
