This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The area of oil was believed to be associated with the NOAA Response Link Hotline #11125. The fragmented oil was seen connected to the north side of Whiskey Island and some marsh area to the NE. The area of oil spanned an area that was approximately 4.8nm by 2.5nm. It appeared dark and was oriented towards the WNW/NW. Winds at the time of the satellite imagery were SE at 10-15kts. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
