REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The linear slick was believed to be emanating from an oil facility. It emitted southwest before heading south for approximately 1.49 nm long. The dark slick was not co-located with natural seeps and had sharp edges/contrast against its surroundings. Winds near the time of the image were from the SE at 10 kt. 



UNCERTAINTIES: The latest MPSR issued for this oil facility was on 4/14/26 (NRC report #1459733) which was associated with NRC #1458905.
