REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was believed to be emanating from an oil facility. It emitted towards the NW for approximately 3.6 nm long. The dark colored slick had enough sharp edges and contrast against its surroundings. Winds near the time of the image were from the SE at 10 kt which aligned well with the orientation of the slick.



UNCERTAINTIES: The have been various MPSRs issued for this oil facility in April. The most recent MPSR issued was on 4/24/26 associated with NRC report #1460654.
