REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. It was seen emanating NNW from the known repeat leak source, Wreck 1487. It measured approximately 2.76 NM long and was 0.39 NM at its widest. It looked distinct against surrounding water and had portions with sharp edges. At the time of observation, winds were coming from the SW at approximately 10 kts, which aligns with the direction of the suspected oil. 

UNCERTAINTIES: False positives in the area may have obscured the full extent of the anomaly.
