Details/Specifics of Change:
Due to system problems in generating the coefficient updates for NOAA-16
AVHRR instrument there will be no updatefor the month of April 2004. The
coefficients were provided late and therefore will not be implemented.
However the generated coefficients for April 2004 were not much different
than what is currently being used, hence there would have been very little
change. We will resume implementation of the updated coefficients for
NOAA-16 AVHRR instrument in May 2004 (next month) on the same schedule as
have been done in the past.
