Details/Specifics of Change:
The new format update has been postponed until further notice. One of our
major data users needs additional time to prepare for the change. A new
implementation date will be announced as soon as possible. If you have made
changes to your systems, please back them out. We will hold up on resuming
distribution of level 1b data until 1430 UTC to allow you time. Please
make sure this information is passed on to the your operations support
personnel. Thank you for your support and patience.
