Details/Specifics of Change:
The filter motor heater on NOAA-15 will be turned off @ 13:35 UTC. Normal
calibration will be resumed 24 hours later and the lunar detection will be
turned back on. The filter motor is back in sync and the heater will be
turned off as a result.
