Due to the recent problems with the NOAA-15 HIRS instrument filter wheel motor, IPD and ORA agreed that NOAA-15 HIRS instrument calibration would be turned off in the new system to ensure that all data are flagged properly and to prevent further calibration contamination. Calibration will resume when the NOAA-15 HIRS improves.
