Details/Specifics of Change:
After the channel 3/18/H3 recovered on the NOAA-19 MHS, the level 1B preprocessing upper limit for space view counts needed to be adjusted to accept the data. The instrument scientist authorized the adjustments below. This change was implemented around 2002 UTC beginning with these passes. I
