Details/Specifics of Change:
Users should now find that they can access the new "TBUSxx KNES" bulletins.
Early test data contained an error in the byte count and did not contain the
AWIPS header, SAT#. These problems have been corrected. Once the
Telecommunication Operations Center (TOC) resolves its file transfer
problems, a test file will be available. The new bulletin will continue to
be automatically generated and sent out along with the current operational
bulletin each day through December 15. Please contact us immediately if
you discover any problems. Thank you for your patience and support.
Please pass this message on to other direct readout data users who may not
have received it. Also, please note that users may obtain TBUS data, polar
schedules, Two-Line Elements and other operational information from NOAA's
web site listed below.
