Details/Specifics of Change:
Corrections for the GHA error in the Pre-KLM satellites Level 1B data
processing did not occur until January 6 around 1712 UTC. Following is a
list of the first passes processed after the change. All data received
prior to this change contain the GHA/geolocation error. All other missed
data for NOAA-15, 16, and 17 has been processed. Efforts to begin
reprocessing the erroneous data are underway. Please accept our apologies
for any problems this may have created in your product processing.
