Details/Specifics of Change:
SOCC has issued the following information bulletin announcing the
postponement of the NOAA-15 TIP side 1 to side 2 switch.
"The TIP side switch planned on Jan. 9 2003, has been postponed. NASA and
LMSS (Lockheed Martin Space Systems) have requested additional time to
review current data and it's proximity to current limit sets. A follow up
meeting to discuss progress with data review is scheduled for Jan. 15, 2003
at 1 pm EST."
