Details/Specifics of Change:
The HIRS filter housing heater will be turned off. The HIRS team has
determined that turning off the heater, letting the thermal situation
stablize for several days, then reconfiguring HIRS to high power mode (as
N15 now operates) should be the next course of action. An announcement of
this next course of action will be sent out detailing the exact date and
time.
