Details/Specifics of Change:
SOCC has announced that on on June 6, the elapsed time clock will be updated
to compensate for clock drift. The clock offset is currently more than 1
second. It will be adjusted by adding 1250 milliseconds to over compensate
and allow to drift back. The update must be done in real-time rather than
at the normal 2359 UTC. The update is scheduled for orbit number 62659
between 1140 and 1150 UTC on June 6.
