Details/Specifics of Change:
We are unable to perform the normal NOAA-16 Visible Calibration update today
(10 June 2003). Rather than delay the update until July, we will perform
the update on June 17. Below are the new parameters. We apologize for any
problems that this delay may create for you and will make every effort to
always perform future updates on the second Tuesday of the month. Thank you
for your continued support.
The calibration coefficients for NOAA-16 AVHRR Channel 1 & 2 need to be
updated for June 2003

Ch_1_lo = .0527*count - 2.033
Ch_1_hi = .1540*count - 52.33
Ch_2_lo = .0565*count - 2.141
Ch_2_hi = .1664*count - 57.04
to
Ch_1_lo = .05279*count - 2.035
Ch_1_hi = .15420*count - 52.40
Ch_2_lo = .05691*count - 2.156
Ch_2_hi = .16750*count - 57.43
The "switch point" is not listed here because they are not subject to
change.
