Details/Specifics of Change:
A soundings product can now be produced from the T1 and T2 level 1B data
based on the RSDR format. The Air Force will switch operations to the RSDR
format and discontinue the RDR format at 0800 UTC on 27 June 2002. At that
time, all productions will be switched to the new format. However, data
will not be distributed until the user has confirmed that they are ready to
receive this data or any remaining issues are resolved. Please contact
