Details/Specifics of Change:
We are approaching a time when the Metop-2/A data will be declared operational. We are currently completing our operational system move to the new building (NSOF) and hope to have operational support from NSOF by mid March. Over the last 24 hours the user community would have seen missing passes and short passes in the Metop-2/A data. This was partially due to problems that we are experiencing in establishing the parallel operations needed to allow the move to occur and system problems getting the data into our processing system. Today our system technicians completed the implementation of a fix that should allow operations to continue without this type of data interruption. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we establish the Metop-2/A operations in NSOF.
