Details/Specifics of Change:
The NOAA-16 monthly visible calibration update will be implemented between
11:00 am and 11:30 am local time. No changes will be made to the visible
calibration coefficients only the breakpoints used in our level 1B
processing will be changed. The first orbits to be processed after the
change are:
