The following update of the calibration coefficients are recommended
for:

NOAA-18 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05272*count - 2.079, count<501.00
Ch_1_hi = 0.1572*count - 54.05, count>501.00

Ch_2_lo = 0.06081*count - 2.396, count<500.00
Ch_2_hi = 0.1825*count - 63.57, count>500.00

NOAA-17 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05542*count - 2.218, count<501.12
Ch_1_hi = 0.1627*count - 55.98, count>501.12

Ch_2_lo = 0.06668*count - 2.618, count<500.73
Ch_2_hi = 0.1985*count - 68.72, count>500.73

Ch_3_lo = 0.03220*count - 1.357, count<501.37
Ch_3_hi = 0.2257*count - 98.54, count>501.37

NOAA-16 AVHRR

Ch_1_lo = 0.05508*count - 2.124, count<498.96
Ch_1_hi = 0.1608*count - 54.64, count>498.96

Ch_2_lo = 0.05981*count - 2.259, count<500.16
Ch_2_hi = 0.1762*count - 60.48, count>500.16

on March 13. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on March 27,
in the middle of the two scheduled updates.
