Details/Specifics of Change:

NOAA is actively continuing investigations into the NOAA-16 AVHRR anomaly
showing the "wavy" images. Additional information is needed to aid in this
investigation. On March 24, around 1254 UTC NOAA-16 will be placed in
dwell mode for 2 minutes in order to obtain a higher sampling rate of the
AVHRR scan motor current. This operation will occur over the North polar
region. During the 2 minute period, no other telemetry will be visible to
the ground.
