Details/Specifics of Change:
In an effort to eliminate some of the noise problems in the channel 7 data,
the gross limits were adjusted beginning with the following orbits:
NSS.GHRR.NM.D03126.S1657.E1830.B0449495.GC
NSS.HRPT.NM.D03126.S1832.E1840.B0449595.GC
The user will still experience some noise problem. The limits were also
adjusted for the remaining AMSU-A channels.
