Details/Specifics of Change: NOAA-19 AMSU-A channel-1 blackbody view data occasionally fell below its gross filtering limit of 14000. Its rate of decline is about 6 per week. Users might see relevant quality indicator changes and product impacts. The gross filtering limit was changed from 14000 to 13500 on 20 May 2011 approximately at 17:00z. The channel-1 blackbody lower gross limit violation shall be avoided.
