Details/Specifics of Change:
SOCC has issued the following notice:
NOAA-12 and NOAA-15 will enter a conflict period on May 28 that will last
for approximately 52 days. The BEACON frequencies are separated enough that
both can be left on during this conflict. Due to real-time users' requests,
the NOAA-15 APT will be off for the VHF conflict duration.

Events during conflict period:
- The interrogation conflict period will begin around 0200 UTC on May 28
(S/C separated by 25 minutes).
- NOAA-15 APT will be turned off at approximately 1200 UTC on June 7 (S/C
separated by 15 minutes) when VHF conflict begins.
- SBAND conflict will be experienced from about June 22, 0300 UTC, through
June 24, 0200 UTC, when S/C separation will be around 1 minute.
- APT will be turned back on on July 8 around 1700 UTC (S/C separated by 15
minutes) when VHF conflict ends.
- The interrogation conflict period will end July 19 around 0600 UTC.
