Since no NOAA-16 AVHRR data has solar zenith angle less than 60 degrees at the Libyan Desert in November, there is no update for the NOAA-16 AVHRR channel 1 and 2 calibration coefficients.
Followings are the update of calibration coefficients for NOAA-17 channels 1,2, and 3 and 18 AVHRR channel 1 and 2. These will be implemented

on December 12. These coefficients are intended to be optimal on December 26, in the middle of the two scheduled updates.
