Details/Specifics of Change:
You will experience an interruption in data flow between 1900 and 1930 UTC.
Data should resume nomal flow after this time.

The test data is now available for the AFEP testing..you may access the data
at the following website:

ftp://metroweb.nesdis.noaa.gov

Under the directory "pub" you will find the file "afeptest" for all data
necessary for the test period.

Please refer to the message issued on 15 October 2004 entitled "Advanced
Front End Preprocessor" testing for details on the test if you have not done
so already.
