Details/Specifics of Change:
On October 21 around 2000 UTC, NOAA updated the Space cold target (space view)gross filter limits in an effort to avoid loss of useful data. The following AMSU-A gross cold limits were updated:

Ch. 5: increase the upper limit to 13000
Ch. 8 : increase the upper limit to 13000
Ch 15 : increase the upper limit to 18000

The first orbits processed will be:
