The Satellite Operations Control Center (SOCC) issued the following notice:

Plans to command the NOAA-15 spacecraft to operate in Yaw Gyro Compassing
(YGC) attitude control mode instead of normal attitude control mode on 11
September 2003, around 1615 UTC, have been postponed. Users will be
notified when a new date for the test is selected.
