Details/Specifics of Change: NOAA-17 AVHRR Scan motor current increased to above 271.0 mAmps
which caused the scan lines to be out of synchronization. This in effect produces no good images and
will continue until the current returns to nominal level below 240mAmps.
The first orbit experienced a significant degradation was D10271.S1839.E2034.B4294546.
