This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly had strong contrast with its surroundings. The anomaly is believed to be a bilge dump due to it being connected to a possible ship. Additionally the anomaly widened with distance from the possible ship which is characteristic of a bilge dump. The anomaly measured approximately 8.58 nmi long and had a width of roughly 0.50 nmi at its widest point. Winds around the time of the image were 13 kts coming from the N. UNCERTAINTIES: None.
