REMARKS:  ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IMAGERY IS OVER 24 HRS OLD***  Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The possible oil was located approximately 80 nm SW of Houma, Louisiana in the Eugene Island lease area. An area of silver and rainbow sheen indicating thicker oil could be seen in the middle of the possible oil. The possible oil measured 1.8 nm long and .8 nm at its widest point. Winds at the time were 6 kts to the NE.

UNCERTAINTIES: The extent was estimated due to cloud cover. There was no clear point source although an oil facility was located towards the SW, which would have been consistent with the possible oil trajectory due to NE winds at the time.
