REMARKS: ***PLEASE NOTE THIS IMAGERY IS OVER 24 HRS OLD***  Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery. The possible oil was located approximately 95 nm SW of Houma, Louisiana in the Eugene Island lease area. It appeared dark with a silver sheen indicating an area of thicker oil. The possible oil measured .62 nm by .25 nm. Winds at the time were 6 kts to the NE.

UNCERTAINTIES: The extent of possible oil was estimated due to cloud cover. No point source was identified but there was a pipeline in the vicinity.
