Details/Specifics of Change: On May 4, 2020 1200Z, S-NPP NUCAPS CrIS normal spectral resolution (399 and 1305 channels) data products such as CrIS_C0399_BUFR, CrIS_C1305_BUFR, and NUCAPS-ALL-LR are planned to be terminated from the NESDIS/ESPC operation. The NetCDF4 and BUFR products for NUCAPS normal spectral resolution have the following filenames and corresponding PDA product shortnames: 

File name NUCAPS-C0399_v2r0_npp_s*.bufr    Shortname CrIS_C0399_BUFR

File name NUCAPS-C1305_v2r0_npp_s*.bufr    Shortname CrIS_C1305_BUFR

File name NUCAPS-ALL-LR_v2r0_npp_s*.nc     Shortname NUCAPS_ALL-LR

Note: Please inform the sounding product area lead  (Awdhesh.Sharma@noaa.gov) when it is possible for you to be able to transitioning from SNPP CrIS NSR to Full Spectral Resolution (FSR).
